Another hardcore training vid. Doing pistols here with 27.5 lbs attached. Great exercise for balance and leg strength. The alternate way of doing these is by holding weight with your hands in front. I prefer to do these with weight attached directly to the body due to the change in weight distribution which makes it a harder but more effective exercise.
